As Group ICT Incident Manager, you are the bridge between IT, business operations, and regulatory requirements. You are responsible for establishing structure, defining working methods, and ensuring that the organization can efficiently handle, report, and prevent business-critical incidents.

The role has a clear group perspective and involves close collaboration across countries and functions. You combine operational agility in acute situations with long-term, proactive improvement work. You will become part of the Common Services function and report to the Chief Common Services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Further develop and implement a group-wide process for ICT incident management

• Ensure that incidents are identified, handled, and reported in accordance with regulatory requirements

• Coordinate the handling of major incidents with business impact and lead the work during critical events

• Drive proactive improvement work through requirement setting and follow-up to reduce recurring incidents

• Ensure the appropriate level of monitoring, alerting, and readiness within the organization

• Establish and develop on-call and readiness structures in the Nordic region

The role involves on-call/standby duties to some extent.

Experience and Qualifications You are driven by building, improving, and creating structure – and thrive in a role where you can combine strategy with operational responsibility. You have:

• Experience working with incident management processes or information security

• Good understanding of how IT incidents affect the business and how they should be prioritized

• Experience or good knowledge of DORA, NIS2, and cybersecurity regulations

• Worked with frameworks such as ITIL, NIST, or similar

• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical working methods

• Experience driving initiatives in complex, new, and sometimes ambiguous contexts
